The Insight is designed for general health and wellness optimization. While we can discuss how nutrition supports overall vitality, we do not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments. If your pet is currently navigating a chronic condition or complex challenge, we may recommend moving to The Immersion or The Intensive for deeper analysis and long-term monitoring.
The Insight is built to provide a complete roadmap in a single meeting. However, if you would like additional one-on-one time, follow-up sessions can always be purchased. Additionally, if you decide within 72 hours of our call that you need the deeper support of our 1-month or 3-month programs, we will credit your Insight fee toward that upgrade.
We provide a full week of direct email support starting the moment you receive your Action Plan. This allows us to help you troubleshoot the first steps of your pet’s transition, whether you have questions about specific product brands or need clarity on the next steps of your plan.
